Steffi (she/they) is a facilitator working in Conscious Kink, consent education, and embodied communication. She creates spaces where BDSM is not understood as a fixed set of roles, but as a living field of exploration, self inquiry, and authentic connection.
Her work combines elements of Conscious Kink, ritual practice, somatic approaches, and an understanding of BDSM as an embodied experience of depth and intensity. A key influence in her work is her training in Urban Tantra with Barbara Carrellas, whose teachings on presence, breath, energy work, and embodied awareness continue to inform her practice.

Nonviolent Communication and the Wheel of Consent have also shaped her work and teaching for many years. At the core of her practice is the question of how people can become more aware of their desires, boundaries, and needs, and bring them into relationship in a way that is honest, clear, and alive.
In 2017, she co-founded “Kinky Explorer” together with Mike. Under this label, they create experimental learning spaces for Conscious Kink and BDSM, where knowledge, lived experience, and conscious encounter come together. They offer workshops, retreats, and play spaces for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
Steffi is also the founder and curator of the HAVEN Festival. HAVEN emerged from the vision of a carefully held space for Conscious BDSM, a gathering rooted in learning, experience, and community. Through workshops, shared practice, and spaces for reflection, HAVEN focuses on exploration and growth rather than consumption. At its core is the question of how intensity, awareness, and genuine connection can be woven together within a living community, grounded in consent, clarity, and care.
With long-standing experience in holding ritual spaces, Steffi brings a particular sensitivity to atmosphere, thresholds, and the shaping of experiential environments. Her work moves between intuition and clarity, depth and playful curiosity, always held by a strong commitment to consent, communication, and responsibility.
